The Lal Mirch ka Bharwa Achar recipe follows traditional methods passed down from generation to generation.

Step 1: Selecting and Preparing Red Chillies

– Fresh red chillies arrive at our kitchen.

– Our team sorts the chillies for quality, size, and color, then cuts off their tails.

– The chillies are thoroughly washed and left in the sun to dry for a couple of hours.

Step 2: Removing Seeds and Making Masala Mix

– Remove the seeds from the chillies to make space for the masala mix.

– Mix the removed seeds with spices and mustard oil to create a flavorful and textured spice mix.

Step 3: Stuffing the Chillies

– Carefully stuff each red chilli with the masala mix.

– Ensure the chillies retain their shape and form during the filling process.

Step 4: Sun-Drying

– Arrange the stuffed chillies on butter paper in a traditional tray called (सूप).

– Sun-dry the chillies for 7-10 days until the pickle is ready.

Lal Mirch Bharwa Pickle is a favorite in India .It’s enjoyed with Dal-Chawal, Poori-Bhujiya. You’ll often find this pickle in lunch boxes of all.
